30 day returns
If something is not right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it. Products must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.
Wrong part?
If we confirmed a part fits your vehicle and it did not, tell us and we will cover the return carriage and put it right. That is the point of confirming fitment before you buy.
What we cannot accept
- Opened oils, fluids and chemicals, for health and safety reasons
- Products fitted, used or damaged after delivery
- Special-order items brought in specifically for you, unless faulty
How to return something
Contact us with your order number and what you would like to return. We will send return instructions and an address.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days of the return arriving with us. Your statutory rights are not affected.
