Orders placed before the daily cut-off are picked the same working day. Delivery charges and available services are calculated from your postcode at checkout.
- Standard delivery — 2 to 3 working days
- Express delivery — next working day on orders placed before the cut-off
- Free standard delivery on orders over £50
Cut-off times
Same-day dispatch applies Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed at the weekend are picked on the next working day.
Oils and hazardous goods
Some fluids are classed as hazardous for transport and cannot travel by every service. Where that applies, the available options are shown at checkout for your address.
Tracking
You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order leaves us. Your order history is always available in My account.
